I’m very hopeful situation – they are listed as a “locksmith,” but are actually just a kiosk inside of a store. If you need a very basic key, you can get it done here. Anything else needs to be sent through the mail and it is actually cheaper to go to a local locksmith and get it done.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. This is the first bad review I have ever written, we called because we needed our locks changed to our office. Someone got back to me in a few minutes and we arranged for them to come back in the morning. When he showed up in a personal car and no identification like a shirt or something I should have known. I told him a couple of times that we needed 15 keys and had to pay by card. After a 30 minute delay he finally accepted to take a card payment. When he was done he handed me 2 keys and said I needed to go to Walmart or Home Depot if I wanted to get more. He left briefly after we looked at the back door and was gone by the time I went to the front door and found what is in the pictures. Our door was completely broken. He did such a horrible job that the key got stuck in the bolt that was stick out. So now had a key stuck in the front door on a Friday. I immediately called and ask that they send someone else out, I didn't want him to mess up the doors more, and explained the whole situation. They asked if he changed the locks and told me we would still have to pay because he provided a "service". I then called another local locksmith that saved the day and not only fixed our locks but our doors, because he had done a number. KeyMe never send someone else out to our office or have a manager follow up with me. I received a call a few hours later asking about how my service was, so the communication for this business horrible.
